Hello, my name is Christina Perez, LCSW.
I am a licensed therapist providing telehealth counseling services for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm. I became passionate about this work through my desire to help people feel heard, supported, and empowered while working through difficult experiences and patterns that may be impacting their daily lives.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier thought patterns and relationships.
I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can openly process challenges, gain insight, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
