Hello, my name is Christina Perez, LCSW.
I am a licensed therapist providing telehealth counseling for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm.
I became a therapist because I wanted to help people feel heard, supported, and empowered as they work through life’s challenges and patterns that may be impacting their well-being.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier thought patterns and relationships.
How I Work With Clients
I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can openly process what you’re experiencing, gain insight, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, navigating relationship stress, adjusting to life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed, therapy can be a place to better understand yourself and build tools to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
